We have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with five to seven years PQE to join our Corporate/Commercial team. Working closely with one of our partners, you will undertake a diverse range of corporate and commercial work for a variety of clients. The work involves a range of acquisitions, mergers, trade sales, angel investment in early stage companies, commercial transactions and general corporate advisory work. The firm acts for a diverse range of national and international clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical and analytical skills along with prior transactional and banking experience. This role will suit a highly motivated individual who takes a proactive approach, has good communication skills and a strong client focus.
